Refund Policy

The Dane Apothecary

Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final. The Dane Apothecary does not offer refunds on any purchases.

No Refunds

Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be refunded. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with scent, texture, or personal preference.

Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities

We understand that sensitivities and allergic reactions can occur, even with natural ingredients.

If you experience an allergic reaction or sensitivity to a product, please contact us promptly at thedaneapothecary@gmail.com. While refunds are not offered, we will do our best to work with you to find an alternative product that may better suit your needs.

Return of Unusable Product

In the event of an allergic reaction:

The unused or unusable product must be shipped back to The Dane Apothecary
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Returned items must be received before any replacement is considered

Once the product is received, we will evaluate the situation and attempt, at our discretion, to provide a suitable replacement or alternative solution.

We strongly recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully and performing a patch test prior to full use of any product
The Dane Apothecary is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities
Replacement products, if offered, are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed
