Thank you for supporting The Dane Apothecary. We take great care in preparing and shipping each order. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other trusted shipping partners. Carrier selection may vary based on package size, weight, and destination.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

The Dane Apothecary is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

If you believe your package is lost, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. The Dane Apothecary is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
